- Counseling & Psychological Services at UHS provides free short-term therapy for graduate students.

If you need help with an urgent mental health matter during business hours, you will be scheduled for a same-day urgent care appointment, and after hours, you can call to be connected to a counselor on call. - TigerWell has free drop-in therapy and group therapy (listening circles). You can find their drop-in hours and listening circles here.
